About Us

Senior Match Care came out of our own experience trying to find care for people we love. Like many families, we found the process harder than it should be. It meant a lot of searching, second guessing, and not really knowing who you were inviting into your home. After years of working with families through our home care agency, we kept seeing the same thing. Many people don’t want a complicated process. They just want a simple way to meet a caregiver, talk to them directly, and decide if it feels right. That’s why we built Senior Match Care. It gives families a chance to connect face to face with a caregiver in a short 10-minute video call and quickly know if it’s a good fit.

Senior Match Care is led by Tri Tran, who has spent years helping families navigate care decisions and understands how important this moment can be. His path into senior care started with his own family, after struggling to find the kind of care he wanted for his father and mother-in-law. He is joined by his son Tyler, who recently graduated from the University of Washington and wanted to take a shot at building something meaningful. Tyler brings a fresh perspective and enjoys working with new technology, while Tri brings real experience from the field. Together, they’re building a simpler and more direct way for families and caregivers to connect.
